WE PURCHASED THIS MOUNTAIN BIKE 5 WEEKS AGO AND ONE OF THE GEAR COGS HAS BROKEN AS I LIVE IN SPAIN I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDSON IN ENGLAND ON CONTACTING AMAZON THEY COULD NOT REPLACE THE BIKE AS NO MORE WERE IN STOCK AND WOULD NOT OFFER A BIKE OF SIMILAR VALUE THE OFFERED BETWEEN 5%-13% AS COMPENSATION TO GET IT REPAIRED AS ONE APPRECIATES THE COST OF REPAIRS THIS WOULD NOT COVER THE COST A REFUND WAS OFFERED BUT THIS DOES NOT SOLVE THE SITUATION AS MY GRANDSON NEED THIS FOR WORK NO OTHER ... Rating: - Outstanding bike value
Bike arrived in good condition and under the specified delivery time. Lad is over the moon with it and continues to show it off to friends. The bike was really easy to assemble and the colour was very masculine which was important to our lad.
Rating: - Cheap tat
Very cheap awful bike, complicated to assemble and after riding it only twice the bike broke, i do not recommend this item.

exellent bike easy to assemble only one small draw back because of the susspension frame there is no where for a sports bottle to go

Bought this bike because it was cheap wish I had not now. Gears are not exactly smooth, Left pedal lock nut worked loose after about 3 weeks use to and from work only 1 1/2 miles away and wore peg round, sqeeked all over until I attacked it with a can of wd40, tyres constantly go flat, saddle is uncomfortable. And to top it all off the chain broke today and cut me all down my leg.
SAVE YOUR MONEY buy a better qaulity bike it will pay dividends
